Proceeds from The Traveling Plate dinners benefit Arc Educates by funding scholarships for Entry-Level Culinary Arts Certificate Program students with financial barriers. Funds raised allow these students to enroll in and complete Arc Educates’ 16-week culinary arts post-secondary certificate program.
Student chefs who attend the Institute are offered real-world job training experiences by working The Traveling Plate culinary experiences and catering events facilitated by the Arc Culinary.
